What is Elemental
Pet Vets ?
Elemental Pet Vets (EPV) is a TCVM-based wellness center for dogs and cats. TCVM stands for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and includes Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tui-Na (Chinese massage therapy), Food Therapy and Exercise Therapy. In addition to these cornerstones of TCVM, EPV offers Therapeutic Laser Therapy and Targeted Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (tPEMF). We also offer digital thermal imaging (DTI) with the most advanced medical-grade thermal imaging camera on the market. On a limited basis, we also offer diagnostic ultrasound with a board-certified radiologist. In the very near future, we will be adding an aquatic center with an exercise pool and underwater treadmill.
Elemental Pet Vets does not offer typical services provided by your family veterinarian. We only offer the adjunctive services described above. We do not carry prescription drugs, we do not perform bloodwork, and we do not have vaccines. EPV is also an outpatient facility. The way we operate is by working with your family veterinarian to maximize your pet’s well-being.
Elemental Pet Vets (EPV) works in concert with family veterinarians to augment their patients’ health. As such, we only offer adjunctive therapies and strive to enhance the client/veterinarian relationship that exists between the family veterinarian and his/her clientele.
We welcome referrals to our facility and will ensure that family veterinarians will always receive timely updates on any treatments performed on their patients. We welcome pet owners to call us directly for appointments, and will inform the family veterinarians associated with those pets of our findings and recommendations. For patients that come to us and do not yet have a regular family veterinarian, we will give recommendations to pet owners for area veterinarians to contact.
